How The C Club Developed

The Founder of Excellerate Associates, an organizational consulting and business coaching firm that helps clients with transformation had a history of helping organizations and people transform through organizational change. Personally, she found something was missing for individuals who experienced a different kind of transition – Cancer.
Mininni took her own experiences with transformation and conquering cancer, and created this one-of-a-kind club that has now grown offering many different transformation programs.

While some people didn’t see the connection between her coaching and consulting with companies in organizational change and The C Club, the connections were clear to her. It’s all about transformation. The C Club continues to offer it’s unique one-on-one coaching programs, workshops and The Excelebrate Adventure, a full-day retreat for members who are interested in learning how to approach life differently to get different outcomes.
