Mininni has a vision with helping people help themselves and is passionately committed to what she sees as her mission in life. She has a natural ability to see seemingly disparate ideas and link them, but which is seen by many as an obscure connection—yet those links work with great success. This unique way of looking at situations is fundamental to her personality and to Excellerate Associates. So is her enthusiasm for drawing out the unique qualities in a person.
As with many people, Mininni arrived where she is in life through several paths taken. Throughout her career, she seemed to be in places where she was navigating much change. Early in her career, she utilized her skills to put herself through college and, later, would go on to receive her Master’s degree. She would quickly climb the corporate ladder working in organizations experiencing rapid change and adapting to the environment with the tenacity, drive and practicality and would achieve amazing business and people-positive results within those companies.

It is no surprise that with the same drive and tenacity she exhibited in her work, her entrepreneurial spirit would take hold when presented the opportunity. It would not be an easy road, but she was a hard worker. She began to emerge an awareness about herself and a business leader and a business was borne. Excellerate Associates reflects all of these different facets of Mininni’s character.
It’s these unique qualities that help Excellerate Associates help others solve problems, make complex situations simple, and develop a one-of-a-kind perspective.
While Excellerate Associates assists organizations and individuals with transformation, The C Club, for Cancer Conquerors was developed out of a passion and aids in a specialized form of transition. The C Club (the C stands for conqueror) is a unique program. Mininni saw the connections that cancer conquerors experienced after this life event, much like the organizations and professionals whom she coached and consulted with that were trying to navigate their change. Through their workshops and coaching, The C Club shows conquerors how to reclaim, reshape and renew their life after cancer both professionally and personally.
Mininni helps organizations and individuals navigate their change on many levels. Mininni is genuinely filled with excitement about ongoing change and will further help others see that we can maximize unique talents if we understand how and create an awareness about ourselves to achieve different results. The ’helping people help themselves’ philosophy shows in the products and services that are offered to individuals and corporations.
